Cameroon Youth Awards recognizes young Cameroonians between the ages of 18 and 40 who have made outstanding achievements, demonstrated meaningful impact, or made important contributions in their field or community.
A nominee should be a resident of Cameroon or have a strong and significant connection to Cameroon.
A nominee should be a Cameroonian citizen or hold a valid residence permit in Cameroon, subject to the official rules of the relevant edition.
A nominee should have demonstrated significant achievement, impact, or contribution in a field or community, as assessed through the official awards process.
A nominee should demonstrate a commitment to community service, volunteerism, social responsibility, or positive impact on people and society.

The Cameroon Youth Awards process is designed to give the public an opportunity to recognize young people whose work and achievements deserve visibility and celebration.
Nominations are submitted through the official nomination process during the announced submission period.
A review committee examines the nominations according to the official criteria and requirements for the edition.
Eligible nominees are considered in their respective categories through the official awards selection process.
Selected winners and outstanding young people are recognized and celebrated through the Cameroon Youth Awards platform and event activities.
